Alexandre Raiber applied, but was not selected to participate in the Bocuse d'Or 2027. The chef and trainer of the educational restaurant La Table des Saveurs , at the CFA du Pays de Montbéliard, hopes one day to be able to represent France, with local products, at the "most prestigious culinary competition in the world".
